It shows us a journey through the different trajectories of the López-Izquierdo family saga. Their dedication to architecture, their way of doing, feeling and expressing, linked to something higher than the individual level, a chain that understands life as a trade, in a guild way, something vital.

The exhibition aims to show the transformations in the ways of doing, of drawing architecture. How the craft has been transmitted among the different generations, how the way of living architecture has changed through its graphics and its abstract and conceptual representation over five generations. The way in which the men and women of a family devoted to their craft have picked up the baton.
From the meticulous, personalized work, in which the artist's hand imprints its character, serving as an exercise of concentration and realization of who executes it, to the current distancing of the physical support. The support is now a screen, the stroke is mediated by the keyboard. The drawing process changes, but the result is still the expression of its author.

Drawing or painting, graphic expression, does not undergo this technology-dependent process, but will show a change in its subject matter and expression, linked to a latent sensitivity specific to each moment.
